Many industrial applications require the retreatment of already treated "clean" water entering the plant to a higher level it will ensure that the water meets the high standards required to produce process. Electrolysis treatment of process water is an effective method to treat this kind of water.


Influence factors in the electrolysis process:
(1) Electrode material. The selection of electrode material is very important. Improper selection can reduce the electrolysis efficiency and increase the energy consumption. CNNE Technology (Dongguan) Co., LTD. has developed a new electrode specifically for this purpose. This electrode has simple connection, safe operation, low energy consumption, good electrocatalytic activity, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
(2) Cell voltage. The power consumption is related to the voltage, and the cell voltage depends on the resistivity of the sewage and the distance between the plates. We provide special customized solutions according to the needs of customers.
